Beginner track and field program for youth ages 6-11. Each class involves warm ups, form drills, ladder drills, and games. Track and field events include sprints, hurdles, long jump, shot put, long-distance running. There will be a mini "track meet" where kids can compete in all 5 events learned throughout the session and earn a certificate. Classes also involve fun games, relay races, and more!
