Discover the charm of corner-to-corner (C2C) crochet in this fun! You’ll learn how to start and grow C2C squares, shape your work with increases and decreases, and follow charts to create colorwork designs—all using a pattern that’s easy to memorize. We’ll also cover tips for clean edges and smooth color changes as you begin your own C2C project. Perfect for crocheters ready to try something new or build on their skills.
Prerequisites:
Students should be confident with basic crochet stitches (chains, single crochet, half double
crochet and double crochet).
Required Materials:
-Yarn: 1-2 skeins of smooth, worsted-weight (category 4) yarn
-Crochet Hook: Size US I/5.5 mm -OR- size to match your yarn
NOTE: We will not worry about gauge as this class is meant to focus on the
techniques used in C2C.
-Scissors
-Tapestry Needle
