Plant-Based Cooking Class

Learn how easy it is to make delicious and nutritious plant-based dishes. In addition to preparing a recipe, we will discuss plant-based nutrition, cooking tips, using herbs and spices, plant-based substitutions, and much more! Students will receive a copy of the recipes and will get to sample the dishes!
Class will be held in a commercial kitchen at Project Vegan 716!
