For students in grades K-4. Discover the joy of yoga in our interactive and playful classes! Build confidence, self expression, mindfulness, and have a blast! Every student will receive a journal for our self reflection and expression component. Please bring a yoga mat, towel, water bottle and light snack to each class. Students can eat after school before yoga begins. Students will invite an adult to join our yoga celebration on the last class! Pick up will be outside the front entrance in the bus loop.
